Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the service or product must be unused, undelivered, or not as described in the agreement at the time of purchase. For service-related issues, we offer a resolution guarantee. You can first contact Muhammad Naqash, Co-Founder of Linkbooster, to share your concerns. If your case is valid, you will receive a 100% refund after review.

Non-returnable Items & Services

Some services and digital products are non-refundable unless they were not delivered as promised:

  • Downloadable digital content (e.g., strategy PDFs, AI templates)

  • Customized SEO or marketing plans after final delivery

  • Completed white-label services for agencies

  • Social media or content work is already scheduled or posted

Other non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Software access once login details have been shared

  • Paid consultations after completion

Required Information for Refund

To process your return or refund, you must provide:

  • Order ID or service receipt

  • Clear explanation of the issue

  • Screenshots or documents (if applicable)

  • Communication or agreement summary (if possible)

Please do not send any physical returns to any manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Services partially delivered or partially completed

  • Missed communication from the client caused the project delay

  • Any item damaged or altered after delivery, not due to Linkbooster’s error

Refunds

Once our co-founder reviews your concern, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider — refunds may take time to appear.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced services are eligible for a refund. Sale or promotional offers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on digital services or products. However, if the service delivered contained a technical or functional error, we may correct or re-do the work free of charge.

Gift Refunds

If the service was marked as a gift and delivered directly, you may receive credit equal to the refund. The refund will go to the original buyer if it was not marked as a gift.
